Hi Sarah. Hi Robbie. Just a quick summary of the experience obviously when you came here you only knew certain people and now after seven days what would you see experience has been like? I'm going away having met new friends that I'm sure that I'll keep in contact with somewhere along the line. The experience has been good actually yeah it has been good I've enjoyed it I've enjoyed the exercising I knew you'd never only say that but I have and it's made me think that actually maybe I will push myself more at home and it's been good to know that I actually can do it instead of just thinking I can't. Yeah the experience has been great the food could have been better if I'm honest. It could have just been a little bit more relevant to what we're doing okay but yeah apart from that it's been really yeah it's been good it's been a good stay. What would you say to those that want to come but they feel nervous meeting new people, be anxious? Well don't be because I think anybody who comes on these trips even if you come alone everybody's coming here for the same reason you'll enjoy it there's no need to feel nervous. And what would be your free intake that you're going to take home with you and apply? One will definitely be a food diary I think that's going to do me some good the other thing I think will be more research on what certain things i.e. protein actually does to your body especially of the woman my age and the benefits of it and I think it's taught me to maybe have a little bit of time for myself. And how would the mobile phone for you? Well funnily enough Robbie when I looked at my phone I've only used my phone three hours less a week than I did last week so I don't use my phone an awful lot anyway I'm not a scroller I've got more important things to do than scroll on my phone so I don't actually really but I did laugh and I looked and I was thinking oh well that time up in the bedroom I've only used it three hours less. Perfect thank you very much.

Hi Simon, this is your last day, your overall experience of the retreat, how has it been? When you came you didn't know many people, and how has the 7 days been for you? Yeah, great bunch of people, really supportive, that really helps out with the exercises as well because I didn't know all of the exercises that they do. It's been good. And how would you sum your experience in one word? Fun. And what would you say to those that are on the edge, they want to come but they've been nervous, what would you tell them? Yeah, nothing to be nervous about, it's a great group of people. I came here on my own, didn't know anybody beforehand so I'm very welcoming and supportive, so I'd go for it. What are the 3 best habits that you're going to take with you from this retreat that you're going to apply at home? Well, I'd already got the food one down pretty well, I think it's going to be more about sleep, not using my phone so much I found really great putting the phone away and just using it for like an hour in the evening instead of scrolling and also it was good to get back into running so I'm going to carry that on. Perfect, you had fun? Yep. Thank you very much. Absolutely.

How do you feel now in comparison to when you arrived? A lot better now than when I arrived. I arrived really low and down and felt like I was worthless now being here, I feel great. What has been the highlight of this weekend for you? Cycling. Doing all that cycling and I came first. Lovely. And what has changed within you? I feel happier, I feel more bright, I feel more confident and I do feel like I'm good enough. What are some new practices you'll continue on with? Continue on with meditation, cycling, the sleep. How are you feeling leaving? Sad. Very sad. I prefer it to go on a bit longer. Is there anything else you'd like to share? Great staff, always helpful and a bundle of fun. That's all the questions we've got so thank you. Thank you. Lovely.

How do you feel now in comparison to when you arrived? I suppose better than when I arrived. Yeah. It's all small steps but it's nice to be with people in a similar situation. It makes you realise you're not alone, you know. So yeah, I'm better, yeah, better. Good. It's good to hear. What has been the highlight of this weekend for you? Again, meeting people, talking to people who are in a similar situation. I think getting out of your life situation for a few days is nice. Having a break, having a rest, I think it's just as important. Yeah. Yeah, just getting away. It's been nice. It's just been nice. It's been good. It's been really good. First, what has changed within you? I wouldn't say much has changed. It's just more about understanding who you are and where you want to go, you know? You know? Yeah, so no, that's changed. Just small steps, isn't it? Yeah. Just continuing the right way, you know? I like that answer. What are some new practices you will continue on with? Breathing techniques, quite definitely, I think, the way forward for me. And the other one, the 1-5. But the breathing, really, it's a quick surefire way of regulating yourself, isn't it? Yeah. It's just getting into the practice and the habit of doing it. So yeah, that's definitely... Excellent. How are you feeling leaving? Optimistic. I feel better prepared than when I came here in terms of just being me, you know? And what I've got to offer the world rather than what's been taken away from me. I just feel better for myself to go and tackle things, you know? Yeah. And is there anything else you'd like to share? Yeah, I mean, you guys have been great. It's a lovely venue. I thought the retreat was well organised. You know, it wasn't... It wasn't systematically, we've got to do this, do that, do that. You could drop out, you could opt for it. It was relaxed, which I felt was quite important, you know? Apart from being told to go a better half-ten. But, no, it was good. I know you guys are sort of setting this up, and I was quite impressed. You know, it's good value for money. You know, and you get to meet... I think a lot of us are quite insular in our own ways, and you get to meet people. When you realise that they're similar to you, it makes you feel not so isolated, you know? Yeah. Yeah, it's been good. It's been really good. Please. I'm pleased the retreat's been able to be there, and do those things for you. You know, no-one's expecting life groundbreaking. Again, it's just another couple of steps up the ladder, isn't it? You know? So, yeah, it's looking good. It's been lovely to have you. Thank you for coming. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, go have it.

Hi Lucy. Hi. How was your experience in this retreat? Yes, it's been lovely, it's been relaxing, I've had loads of sleep, which is very unusual. I've had some good dine time, learnt to stay away from my phone, which has been massive. Obviously, before coming here, and today, how was it? Or would you compare it? Before coming to the retreat, then now it's day 7 you're leaving, how would you say there's been a difference? I feel rested, I've met some lovely lovely people that I didn't know before, I feel rested, I feel like I've had a massive reset, ready to go. And what would you tell those that want to come, but they're not edge? They're like, should I come? Is it for me? Or would you say to them? Why is it just do it? It's a great experience, it's really chill, everyone's really really lovely. Don't worry about coming on your own, you'll be absolutely fine. It's different, if you're looking for a reset, this is definitely what you need to be doing. And what are the three things you're going to take away from here and apply it in your life? Definitely getting better sleep, which I have done here. Definitely cutting my sort of screen time down, that's been huge. I'm just taking a bit of time for myself really, just kind of having that, taking that time and getting the steps in, really important, getting the steps in. Perfect, it's been a pleasure having you, thank you.

Okay Greg, how are you feeling? Today's your last day going home, how are you feeling? Yeah, I'm feeling good, feeling relaxed. I'm down 4.1 kilos from Monday to Friday, so that's great. Yeah, I'm happy. It's good. So now looking at it, from the first day you came here, and now, obviously you wouldn't be nervous, obviously you didn't know anybody from, and now you're leaving, what would you say experience has been for the past five days? Great, everyone's here for the same reason, everyone's here to work out and to enjoy themselves and relax, so everyone's here with the same mindset, and it's been really good, loads of nice people here, the staff have been fantastic as well, yeah, it's been great. And what's your over experience, would you, what would you say to those that are on edge, they want to combo the nervous, what would you tell them? Don't be nervous, there's nothing to be nervous about, lots of, it's very positive, everything's really relaxed and chill, everything's been really great, lovely food, you feel like you don't know what you're letting yourself in for, but actually there's a lot of down time and relaxing, so yes, you do a good workout in the morning, then you chill out for the day, so yeah, it's been really good and positive. Thank you very much.
